David Blum graduated in 1997 from the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah, where he had the distinction of serving as a Senior Staff member of the Utah Law Review. Mr. Blum has the dedication and determination necessary to help his clients achieve favorable outcomes in complex legal fights.
